PICKUP

Local pickup is contactless and available in Belmont, Victoria only. Please email lisa@lepetitbouton.com.au to arrange pick up times available and address with your order number. Please note: while we appreciate 'things happen', if you are late for your collection time slot you will need to email and we may possibly need to arrange another time. If you do not turn up to your collection time or cancel more than once you will be required to pay for postage and or have your order refunded. We are doing our best to offer this as a service to our community and hope you can understand our guidelines.

TURNAROUND TIMES

As we are a handmade business please note our turnaround process times can be up to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). 

Face Mask orders can be from same day - 3 days turnaround. *Please select the $8.95 face mask express shipping option at checkout.

We do strive to get orders out as quickly as possible as we understand the excitement of an online order.

If your order is urgent, please pop us an email lisa@lepetitbouton.com.au to ensure we can meet your expectations and needs. We will always try and accomodate wherever possible.

Please understand we cannot be held responsible once your item has been posted with Australia Post for their turnaround times.

EXPRESS POST is NOT a rush process service. We do not charge extra to rush your order. Express shipping is through Australia Post and follows their shipping guidelines. In most cases in Australia it is 1 or 2 nights delivery but if unsure please check the Australia post website. Our postcode is 3216
